FRAITAG ENGINEERING provides comprehensive engineering design development solutions for our customers. Our capabilities include engineering design development of consumer products, fully automated machines, semi-automated machines, manual tools, invention prototyping, plus fundamental manufacturing process development. We are experienced in consumer, commercial, medical and industrial product, machine, and tool design, specializing in all aspects of manufacturing development.

Product Design and Development

We allow our customers to offload portions or all their critical design engineering work to top level experienced engineers without incurring permanent overhead. FRAITAG ENGINEERING offers its customers:

  • Experience in all engineering design development phases, from concept generation to design, development, prototyping, and manufacturing
  • Design for discrete components, sub-assemblies, mechanisms, and/or full product assemblies and integration

Machine and Tool Design and Development

We deliver robust, repeatable, safe, and on-time equipment of the highest quality. Examples of machine and tool design plus fabrication services provided are:

  • Jigs, fixtures, and go/no-go gauges for accurate and ergonomic manual assembly and testing
  • Machine and tool design for form, fit, function, manufacturability, schedule, and value

3D Modeling and CAD Services

We provide comprehensive 3D modeling and CAD services. We are recognized by SolidWorks Corporation as an approved SolidWorks Manufacturing Network Partner who specializes in product design engineering, custom product development, machine design, tool design, reverse engineering, CAD solid modeling, and more.

 

All FRAITAG ENGINEERING Mechanical Engineers, Designers, and CAD operators are Certified SolidWorks Professionals. All have successfully passed the SolidWorks Corporation advanced CAD skills examination. Each Certified SolidWorks Professional has proven their ability to design and analyze parametric parts and moveable assemblies using a variety of complex SolidWorks features.

 

FRAITAG ENGINEERING offers its customers the following CAD services:

Rapid Prototyping and High Volume Fabrication

FRAITAG ENGINEERING has partnered with select high quality approved domestic and offshore fabricators to assist customers in their rapid prototyping, low and high volume fabrication and manufacturing. We have developed close relationships with fabricators and manufacturers that offer the following services:

Our extensive experience in product manufacturing allows us to provide efficient, robust, cost-effective, repeatable, process-controlled manufacturing solutions.
